3 weeks agoI booked an appointment with this business about a month in advance through Instagram and paid a $50 deposit. When I realized I could not attend, I immediately notified the manager by phone and text and requested a refund. I was told the refund would be issued. Despite three weeks of repeated follow-ups, the refund has still not been sent. I was repeatedly told it would be processed, yet no action was taken. With the appointment now only three days away, I have still not received my $50 deposit. This experience demonstrates a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic business practices. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before booking.

a month agoI confirmed multiple times if they could do their style I wanted. Not only did two women speed through the style, it wasn’t even remotely what I wanted—they had to redo part of the entire style. If I had the time, I would’ve sat to make sure they redid the whole thing. What an incredibly disappointing experience.
