in the last weekMe and my family came to NY to visit family i ran across this African Braiding place and decided to try it the experience i had was horrible i just had got a freshly ear piercing and had told them to please be careful they continued to bump, and rub against it causing it to hurt let alone they hit it so hard i began crying not only that the owner MASA is a scammer and a liar she changed the price after mommy had already started doing my hair mind you i asked for small/medium knotless waist braids MASA told me it would be $200 dollars idk if she decided to over charge me because she could tell that i wasn’t from NY but she told me to give her $300 i told her i didn’t have $300 so then she said $280 then $260 i feel that is very unprofessional if you give someone a price you should stick to what was discussed. MASA keeps all the girls money and try’s to take there tips, one of the girls seemed terrified by MASA, and her daughter forced me to smile in pictures i didn’t want to take let alone force me to write a review they didn’t want to let me leave without writing one i hated everything about this place -0/10 i wouldn’t let them do my dog hair.
