I love coming here for my cake supplies — they have a great selection and usually carry what I need, even for last-minute baking. I’ve been in a few times myself or sent my husband to pick things up, and while the inventory is great, the customer service really leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I’ve asked a question — even something simple like the difference between gel and oil-based coloring — I’m met with attitude, like I’m a nuisance for wanting to learn. It’s frustrating, especially since this is a cake supply store that even offers classes. You’d expect the staff to be a little more welcoming to people trying to learn or improve their skills. So just a heads-up: if you come here, don’t expect the warmest service. But if you can get past that, they do carry a solid range of products for all your cake decorating needs.
