a year agoI loved the cake decorating class offered at The Cake Dojo. I do not bake whatsoever and am an amateur when it comes to decorating. But Lisa was very welcoming and patient with explaining decorating techniques. There also was a motivational speaker who did an excellent job with providing encouraging words to fit the theme of the class of turning lemons into sweet lemonade.
