Wild Carrot

Wild Carrot was amazing! We got married here last weekend and everything went perfectly. Marie was incredible to work with. She had all the answers and was totally on top of every detail. Luc, our bartender, was also phenomenal. He made us three specialty cocktails for the reception, and we even got to come in a couple of weeks before the wedding to taste and help come up with ideas. We had so much fun doing that! We named the drinks after our pets (of course!) and Luc somehow captured each of their personalities in cocktail form. Our super active dog became a cold brew martini for dessert, and our orange cat Georgia was represented by a peachy fall-spiced drink that couldn’t have been more perfect. The venue itself is stunning. The brick, lighting, and decor set such a warm, moody vibe that felt so “us.” We loved being able to put our own photos in the posters outside too. It was such a fun and unique touch that really sets this place apart. We’ll definitely be back for Carrot Club! Wild Carrot truly has a special place in our hearts. If you’re getting married here, definitely rent the upstairs room to get ready in. It’s already beautifully decorated, super photogenic, and made getting ready a breeze. *Chef’s kiss!

I cannot rave enough about Wild Carrot and their entire team. As a St. Louis local, I'd been browsing wedding venue options for some time before we got engaged. As soon as I found WC, I had this gut feeling that it would be our perfect reception space. We ultimately booked within hours of our official tour. The space is naturally stunning, open and with beautiful exposed brick. With almost no added decor, it was perfect for our reception. The rooms lining the main space were perfect mingling areas for guests who did not want to be on the dance floor, and for our photo booth. We loved displaying our engagement photos as movie posters on the front facade of the building, a nod to its historic roots as a movie theater. Another draw when we booked was the full bar and elevated cocktail experience - it truly was like we were celebrating at a fancy cocktail bar, and guests were raving about their drinks, including many NA options! WC's entire team are incredible, as well. We mostly worked with Emily, who was very responsive, professional, and genuinely excited about our event throughout the entire process. They say, "when you know, you know," and that was definitely true for me and WC. I can't imagine having our reception anywhere else, and I cannot recommend celebrating with them enough.

Wild Carrot was the absolute perfect venue for both our wedding ceremony and reception. A space that’s entirely beautiful and elegant all on its own with so much life and character! What really makes this space so special though is its staff. Every single person who works there treated our wedding day as if it were their own. Our event director Marie was an absolute dream ensuring all of the venue’s operations were flawless and the beverage director Luc KILLED it with our signature cocktails. All of our guests are still telling us how great every thing was at Wild Carrot with more compliments than we can count on the space and bar program.

Wild Carrot was the PERFECT venue for our wedding this past weekend — so many people shared that it was their favorite wedding they’ve ever been to, and a huge chunk of credit for those comments goes to Wild Carrot. Their entire staff from event managers to bartenders to owners are so supportive and genuinely invested in your experience, and the space itself is so warm and special. You can absolutely trust that they know what they’re talking about — they encouraged us to get out of our comfort zone and try stations-style/mixed style seating for our wedding because they knew how fun it was in the space and it was a BLAST! Would totally recommend it for other larger weddings (we had just about 200 for reference). Also, 10/10 recommend adding a dance floor from Millenium Productions! It really helps define the space. We happened to see one when we were touring and would’ve never thought of it otherwise, but it really elevated the dancing atmosphere. We are so grateful & would do it all over again!

Wild Carrot was the absolute best and most beautiful venue for our wedding reception! We absolutely love the beautiful space with lots of attention to detail from the movie posters out front to the hand selected furniture pieces and the exquisite glass barware. And the bar! We heard so many glowing reviews from our guests not just on the speed of the bartenders and their kind service but also the amazing cocktails that they crafted. We had the most fun at our reception and would encourage anyone to book an event here. There planning team helps you think through every step of the event and is there all evening to support you along the way. We cannot recommend this venue enough!
