Woodbine Mansion

Woodbine Mansion was the most beautiful backdrop for our dream wedding. The staff was absolutely amazing and helped guide us through every bump in the road leading up to—and on—the big day. They were professional, kind, and truly supportive throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for this incredible team and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for helping make our wedding dreams come true.

We got married at Woodbine Mansion on January 24th, 2025. Our ceremony was outside in front of their gazebo, and our reception was held inside the included (only included for winter weddings) clear tent. We were so blessed with the weather and had a beautiful sunny day on the day of our wedding. The mansion itself is gorgeous and our guests loved exploring the interior when they weren't busy with celebrations. The getting ready areas upstairs are so thoughtfully designed while still being picturesque for all your photoshoot moments. They had mini fridges for snacks and drinks, plenty of mirrors and even storage space for the bridal party to stash their stuff out of the way. The front of the mansion is perfect for large family photos after the ceremony and with the tent set up just around the corner people could easily come and go when they were needed for photos. We also rented a Rolls Royce getaway car that we were able to do a photoshoot with in front of the mansion. That ended up being one of my favorite parts of the wedding night. It was such a blast and sneaking away from the reception just the two of us for it made it so special. The tent was perfect for our wedding and had plenty of room for our 6 round guest tables, 1 rectangular head table, round cake and champagne tower table, dance floor, dj booth, bar, and escort card cart that doubled as our late night snack cart. There are stalled restrooms outside the mansion that are very nice and easier for guests to get to from the tent, plus you won't have to worry about someone stumbling into your getting ready room looking for a toilet. January is cold even in Texas and there won't be natural flowers blooming on site at that time, but you can have heaters for the tent and most of their grass is actually turf so you don't have to worry about it being brown. The staff was wonderful to work with and even gave a little wedding gift at the end of the night. I would definitely recommend Woodbine Mansion for couples getting married in the Austin area.

Woodbine Mansion was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding day. Every single venue employee was more than helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our day so special. Their support, professionalism, and attention to detail made everything feel effortless and stress-free. The natural beauty of the venue was breathtaking and created the most stunning backdrop for our ceremony and reception. From start to finish, our day was everything we hoped for and more. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping make our wedding day unforgettable.
