5 months agoI had an 8:00 AM appointment and was clearly told via email and text to check in at 7:30. While driving there, I got a call saying I should’ve arrived at 6:30 instead. I never received the voicemail they claimed to have sent the night before. When I arrived, I waited over 40 minutes only to be told, very rudely, “We cannot take you in.” The staff was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Absolutely terrible experience.

7 months agoHas to be the most poorly managed dept in the hospital. Bad directions, front desk left for lunch no one replaced her. They schedule your appt. Tell you to come in 30 minutes early so you can sit and wait for 2 hr. After your appt. Time to be seen. No updates no nothingJust poorly run. How do we have confidence in their medical skills if they cant even manage a simple schedule. Or have people that can tell yoy where your going when trying to find different departments. Talk to 5 different advent employees before finding one that kinda knew where we were going and even she wasnt real sure. They have crammed too much into one location to the point its a negative rather than a positive. Will definatly be taking my business to Orlando Health from now on when possible.

a year agoI came to this Medical Plaza for Pre-Admission Testing @ Suite 330. Everyone I encountered was friendly and engaging. But I wanted to highlight my experiences with Nurse April, she was so positive and kind. She gave me the comfort I didn’t know I need. Also he was very funny with her stories from her experiences as a nurse. Thank you, you’re appreciated…♥️♥️💐💐

a year agoThe receptionist at the front desk with the eye glasses and curly hair is rude. She totally ignored me when I walked in I had to ask the other receptionist for help to check in.
