2 weeks agoThis is not the first time we have visited this place, and the only reason we keep coming back is that there are no other options in our area. To begin with, the establishment is supposed to open at 10:00 a.m., yet at 10:13 the doors were still closed. When a staff member finally came in, it seemed that the heating had not been turned on. It was so cold inside that my son’s hands were freezing, and I had to keep my jacket on to avoid getting sick (after 1,5 hours). The floors are damaged and swollen, the toys are broken, there is a persistent smell of a toilet in all rooms, and none of the toys had working batteries. I sincerely hope this feedback will be taken into consideration.

2 months agoFairytale Island is a smaller space, but really clean, comfortable, and well-kept. It’s perfect if you want your kids to run around safely while you can actually relax for a bit. Easy to supervise, not overwhelming, and a great spot for a calm, enjoyable playtime. Definitely recommend it for younger kids and parents who appreciate a quieter environment.
