in the last weekUnprofessional when trying to book. Your phones are not working so when asking people to text to see if you’re available how about offer dates you are available instead of just declining the date I asked for. Found another place that was much more professional.

6 months agoI came to First Impressions today to see my baby and find out the gender. Lauren was super nice and let us see our baby at different angles and hear the heartbeat. We asked her if she could put the gender in an envelope and she did. I had a great experience and am thankful I got to see my baby!

6 months agoThis was such a great place. I’m definitely coming back for my 4D ultrasound. I was taken back right away, the lady was super nice and the vibes were just so calm and friendly. She took her time and was very sweet. 10/10 definitely recommend.

7 months agoTerrible experience. I showed up for my 10am appointment to the light off and no one there. I texted the number and call and after 45 minutes, she said she forgot to book my appointment and she’d be there shortly. After an hour, she arrives and seems annoyed with me. I’m trying to be kind even though I should be the frustrated one. I was there for a sneak peek test and ultrasound. She rushed me back there and doesn’t even wear gloves, wash my arm, use the brush that comes with the kit to scrub the test area, lays the items all over an unsanitized table. Just a mess. I remember leaving being like that was weird but maybe is the norm for these tests. After researching, I realized she just was extremely sloppy and didn’t do it right. So much so that my result came back BOY and I’m actually having a girl aka it was contaminated like I thought. I know stuff happens but this is 100% her fault. I had a gender reveal and all. ALSO, after I did she the sneak peek she was like ok bye I’m like wait, I booked an ultrasound as well. She did maybe a 1 minute ultrasound and charged me the normal price. I figured with me waiting an hour and her only doing it for 1 minute that maybe she was like oh here’s a free look but no. She just did a fraction of the time it was suppose to be and charged me full. Never would I recommend someone go here.
