a month agoThere was a misunderstanding about how the go karts operated with a double passenger. The go kart female manger and crew came over and apologized and made it right. No arguing over who was right or wrong. I like how they handle upset customers!!!

a month agoWorkers kept slowing down and forcing my go kart to slow down during the race. Couldn’t even race or pass anyone, and Ruined the experience. I understand safety is a concern, but this is just horrible. Will be going somewhere where I'm allowed to actually race next time.
