in the last weekThe tech wasn’t very helpful when it came to explaining what all they had to offer. We had to go back for a second session but the pictures from the first session, majority of the baby’s pictures weren’t the greatest because the tech forgot to move the mouse cursor out of the way before she snapped the photos. So we had a bunch of pictures of the baby with a cursor on his face. Also we were supposed to have gotten a 30min video of baby and it was cut around 27 mins, so definitely didn’t get what we paid for. The tech wasn’t rude but she also wasn’t the friendliest, didn’t care for her demeanor. Definitely feel like this place is way over priced for what we recieved. Definitely did not feel welcome/taken care of.
