in the last weekLovely setting, friendly staff, and tasty food, but we were given the cheque almost as soon as we had finished our meal (without asking for it), no ask if we wanted another cocktail or coffee etc. the staff clearly wanted to flip the table even though the restaurant was not full - we had only been there about 45-60 minutes. For that reason we wouldn’t return.

in the last weekI did not have the opportunity to dine here, as this establishment abruptly cancelled my Valentine’s Day reservation just a week prior to the holiday. I had booked this reservation an entire month in advance. Incredibly inconsiderate as now I am not in a position easily get a new reservation with so little notice. Mino, I recommend you fix your reservation system and I advise those considering placing a reservation here reconsider.

in the last weekLovely restaurant setting and staff are great. The food was hit or miss though. $8 for four small pieces of uninspired bread is steep. However, the escargot that followed was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavour, and despite the price point of the bread, it was a welcomed accompaniment to dip into the sauce that came with it. For mains, my wife's Boeuf Bourguignon was tasty, complete with a rich sauce and tender meat. My 8oz hanger Steak Au Poivre was unfortunately overdone, with the steak requiring a heavy bit of chewing to get through. That being said, the peppercorn sauce that accompanied it was tasty. We also ordered two cocktails. Overall it was an ok experience, but at $170+ for two, I don't feel like it was worth it.

2 weeks agoFood was really really good and everything tasted amazing. I don’t know the bartender’s name, but he was American and super nice — he recommended the profiteroles and they were sooo good. Great vibes overall, would definitely come back!
