Polar Play

I held off from coming to this place for a while due to previous reviews about cleanliness. I’m not sure if staffing had changed since the negative reviews but we had a fantastic experience today. I took my son and met up with a friend for a play date. Right away from walking in the girl at the front desk was so kind and sweet. Her name was either Becca or Brianna.Throughout our whole time there she was periodically putting toys away and even took the time to ask us if it was okay if she sprayed any cleaning products. She took the time to engage with the kids and was nothing but kind and fun! The kids loved the slides and castles and craft rooms. We will be coming back to polar place! Highly recommend

Recently had a 3rd birthday party for my son and he had a blast with his friends! We did the package where each child makes their own stuffed animal and the kids really enjoyed that!! 🧸The space is perfect for this age group and had plenty of room for the kids to spread out but also fostered lots of playing together. Getting the whole place to ourselves was amazing too. We could decorate and set up the two adjacent party rooms any way we wanted which was also really nice. Highly recommend for 3-5 year old age group birthday parties for sure!!

We hosted our four-year-old's birthday party here and it was a blast! We paid for a package where each kid got to take home a plushie and it was a big hit. Sheloni who ran the party was very accommodating and super helpful. Would highly recommend!

We had my son's 3rd birthday party at Polar Play and it was great! The toys and activities were perfect for all the ages we had (1-5). The party room was spacious and perfect for the amount of kids. Plenty of time given for setting up and taking down. I love how we had the whole place for ourselves. Definitely reccomend for birthday parties!
