Do not use this company. They are predatory. Will quote you one price online and then another over the phone within minutes of your appointment. Also online booking system is broken, scheduled an appointment and then they called me 5 minutes beforehand to let me know it wasn’t happening and couldn’t happen for next 72 hours.

They tried to bait and switch me. Had me wait all day until 4:30 pm and then the technician came and said “we don’t snake commercial sinks ($125) , but I can hydro jet it for $850).

They were honest,informative and works fast. I would recommend them to my friends. Ask for Harry N. or Sam very helpfull.

Found this company on Google, called them for emergency plumbing at my Airbnb, guests complaining of clogged sink, and toilet returning to bathtub, they came and saved my life on Saturday night 8 pm after hours !! 1 hr exactly and Rodrigo D - rooter man LA arrived to my house, diagnosed the issue in minutes and was able to find a solution in 30 mins. The price quote on the phone was accurate and fair for a Saturday night job last minute, Mr. John was very helpful as well I truly appreciate the service you guys provided and will be using you again in the future with this house and other house I manage in the area Thank you

I called rooter-man plumbing for a clogged kitchen sink. Advertised at 49$ - 125$. The technician they sent Marco was amazing and I have no complaints about him or his work. Marco quickly identified that I didn't have a clean out at the kitchen sink or the main. After trying to clear the drain he was unable to and recommended installing a clean out and using a hydrojet. I understand owning an older home that issues come up and approved the work for 2800$ after the clean out was installed. A field supervisor came out and ran a camera down main line. The main line was damaged. He then proceed to use scare tactics and artifical urgency to get me to agree to a "discounted" price of over 11k in addition to the $2800 I had already agreed to pay. The quote written on a piece of paper... was for 21 ft. Bursting pipe trenchless and if I didn't agree on the spot it would be an additional 570 for locating the pipe again with the camera that he coudld have just marked. This is grossly overpriced and predatory. After several additional quotes the ranges were 3500 - 6000. Noone came close to the 11k. I wish I could do 2 reviews. For regular service they seem like a decent company with respectable employees and good work. For construction or major work do yourself a favor get multiple quotes.
