in the last weekHad to go back for a 2nd mamo, they wouldn't take the Dr. form (I also received in the mail from Simonmed saying I don't need a form), so received another print out anyway, made a 2nd appt, I was told that dept was closed for the day. 3rd time had to wait 35 min. It's so frustrating Simonmed, it seems like they don't know what there doing.
