in the last weekI scheduled an appointment several months ago and planned to fly to Tampa for the imaging. On Friday afternoon, before my Monday appointment, I was contacted to say insurance would not pay. I decided to fly down anyway and pay out of pocket for the procedure. I arrived about 30 minutes before my appointment, and I was supposed to be prepped as required. I was told they were running about an hour behind. I decided to stay and wait. Then they came out and said the machine was down and would not be back up that day. So I flew back home without the scan. Very unorganized and haphazard....not what you want to see in a critical health provider.
