a week agoThis place is cool. Some of the teens running the place seemed to goof off a lot and not really pay attention which can be kind of concerning considering kids safety being on the line. But I like all of the activities. It wasn’t super crowded despite it being winter vacation. The facility was clean. I did come in with free tickets that included everything, and the employee gave me the level down wrist bands instead. I didn’t notice until I went to get on the go karts with my kids, and when I asked the front desk they said they ripped up the tickets so I couldn’t see them. I am 100% sure it said it included go karts and the bumper cars. I’d also like to add they did a balloon drop for the New Year which was a cute idea and set up, but the execution of it wasn’t good. The employees were minutes late to their own event. What was really scary was the unsafe use of the lift. They had kids way too close to that thing and didn’t have anyone keeping kids back while they were operating it and kids had their hands on it. A mistake that could’ve ended really badly. Luckily my husband was right there and had to tell kids to get back so they wouldn’t loose a finger or a hand.
