Wigglin’ Out Indoor Playground

My son first time here, and some kid scratches all over his face due to a kid getting upset at him and another little boy. Scratching both boys whole having his hands around their necks with bad mark of scratches under my sons chin and side of cheek. Person working only had to say well he (as the boy who scratch my son) comes here all the time and never acts like that. No on cared or did anything about it. I ended up having to leave cause my son would run anytime the boy would come near him. Won’t being going back.

This is the most unorganized kids' place I have ever been to! I went to the K-pop event they were promoting on November 9th from 2-4 pm. I paid for those tickets over a month in advance, which was 30 dollars for 2 kids. We arrived at 1:50 pm, and they were still attending the earlier session. The line wasn't too long outside. Around 2:10 pm, we were still waiting until they started taking people in, but other people who had just arrived were walking in and not being told anything by the worker at the front desk. We got to the register at 2:40 pm and told him it was unfair that other people who had just gotten there were being let in, and he said he had no control over that because it was just him at the front. We paid upfront for hair and makeup, which was 20 dollars for two kids. We went towards the back where hair/makeup was being done, and only 2 people were doing hair and 1 was doing makeup for about 25-30 kids. We were told to write down our kids' names on the paper, but it was so full and names were everywhere that they didn't even know who was next. 3:30 pm came around, and there were still a bunch of kids needing hair/makeup done. So we asked for a refund, which we were denied, then asked to speak to a manager but were told she was too busy with hair to come speak with us. I emailed the manager, Aide, for a refund, even if it was just for the hair/makeup, and explained my situation, but she kept giving me excuses. I would rate this place a 0 and won't be coming back. Why promote an event from 2-4 pm if you're low on staff and have a bunch of people attend?

Horrible management,I’m writing this review because I was really disappointed with our experience at this children’s play place. A few weeks ago, I chose this place for my child to play. Before going, I checked their website, which said they were open until 6:00 PM. I arrived at 4:30 PM, thinking we had plenty of time. However, when we got there, the staff (guy)told me they would actually be closing in 30 minutes. I mentioned that their website stated they were open until 6, and they apologized, saying they hadn’t updated the website for the fall and winter hours, and that they now close at 5 PM. They only charged me half price (six dollars) because it was their mistake, and I appreciated that gesture. However, I decided to give them another chance a few weeks later. I called them on a Friday to confirm their hours, and they told me they’d close at 5:30 PM because they had a party at 6:00 PM. I even asked about the next day, Saturday, and they gave me the same answer. So on Saturday, I arrived at 3:30 PM, expecting to have a couple of hours to play. Yet when I got there, the same staff member told me they were closing in 30 minutes, at 4:00 PM. I explained that I had called ahead and confirmed the time, and that I’d driven 20 minutes to get there. My child was very upset and couldn’t understand why we suddenly had to leave. I felt really let down because they had already adjusted the price once before for the same issue, and now they were changing their hours again and the guy lied to my face he never closed at 5 and they always close at 6 when he told me for fall and winter their hours changes,Honestly, this place has no proper management. Maybe it’s because it’s a family business and no one is really keeping track, but I will never go back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

So pleased with our experiences at Wigglin Out! Our family has been a couple times in the past for birthday parties but under new ownership it’s better than ever! My nephew had his 3rd birthday here this month and it was such a positive experience! My own kids are 3 and 6 and they loved climbing, jumping, and all the pretend play activities at this indoor playground. I personally appreciated the party room decor and the ability to rent the space for our private party. Our family returned a week later for Wigglin Out’s Kpop Demon Hunters special event and it was the BEST! There was karaoke of all the songs, clips playing from the movie, a hair salon station, craft vendors, and a place for my kids to just have fun while dressed up as their favorite characters. They had such a great time! The owners are also super nice and were regularly walking the space and cleaning up to keep the facility running smooth and as germ free as possible. We will be back again until our kids get too big for it—hopefully not any time soon!
