in the last weekMy Food was tasteless, cold and overcooked. Another’s chicken strips were raw and returned to kitchen!

in the last weekI went to Paradiso for my first time, and while the food wasn't anything to write home about, my server, I believe her name was Bailey, was exceptional. She was full of energy, made amazing conversation, and did everything in a timely and efficient manner. I would go back for the service alone. My only qualm is that the food isn't authentic Mexican by any stretch of the imagination. I'd say it's more of an Americanized idea of what Mexican food is. Not necessarily bad, but not my cup of tea. The fried ice cream was a bit of a disappointment. The shell coating wasn't as thick as I like it to be. The fried tortilla strip were also a bit stale which wasn't ideal either, but for the price I really can't complain too much. Overall, a good experience.

2 weeks agoWe forgot our to go boxes at our table we're gone for about a minute. The table had been already cleared when I came back to recover them. I asked a server for them they checked came back 15 seconds later and said they were thrown away I asked if they could be recovered they said there was nothing they could do. You would think the 2 guys clearing the tables would have enough common sense to set them to the side. You would think the boxes would be at the top of the garbage. That was 2 meals half eaten thrown away. As expensive as it is to eat out these days it was upsetting knowing the person didn't really try to recover the boxes.

2 weeks agoFantastic chips and salsa. The chicken fajita burrito is amazing. Also if you want a spicier salsa they have it upon request.
