a week agoWe came here for Valentine’s Day and had really high hopes. The food was excellent! Everything we ordered was flavorful and well prepared. The bartenders were excellent providing recommendations and well made cocktails. Unfortunately, the waiting service completely overshadowed the experience. While serving the table next to us, our waiter put his hands behind his back and accidentally knocked our bottle of red wine over, spilling it all over me. Accidents happen, and I genuinely wasn’t upset at first. What was disappointing was the way it was handled afterward. He initially turned around and acted as though it was somehow my fault. The table next to us kindly offered their napkins to help, while our waiter didn’t immediately bring any or assist with cleaning up. Eventually, he came back, apologized, and offered a “complimentary” glass of wine despite the fact that more than half of our bottle had spilled. There was no real effort made to help address the situation, and my dress clothes were ruined. It was frustrating because the food truly was great, but the lack of professionalism and accountability was disappointing.

a week agoDialed in, top notch food, service, and atmosphere. Amanda was a great server and although it was Valentines weekend she and the whole staff operated like a well oiled machine. I'll be back and I dont even need a special occasion to return.
