in the last weekPure Arroganz - Ich bestellte eine Avocado-Stulle für 18 Euro und erhielt 2 Stullen mit Tomatenscheiben und einer halben aufgefächerten Avocado. Auf meiner Nachfrage, wo die restliche Avocado sei und dies eher eine Tomaten-Stulle mit Avocado ist, bekam ich die Antwort, dass ich die Avocado ja kostenpflichtig nachbestellen kann. Was ich ablehnte. Darauf entschied die Tagesschichtleiterin, dass die Kellnerin uns nicht mehr bedienen sollte. Es gab keine Alternative o.ä. Als ich bei Ihr nach der Bezahlung der im Vorfeld bestellte Getränke nachfragte, ob das die Politik ist, dann gar nicht mehr zu bedienen, beendete sie das Gespräch und meinte, alle anderen Gäste sind zufrieden… Das ist so weit weg von Service und Kundenorientierung, dass ich keinen Erfolg wünschen kann. Schade, dass in Berlin viele Gastronomien derzeit nicht überleben. Bei solch einem Verhalten hat diese es jedenfalls nicht verdient. Arroganz kommt vor dem Fall…
