Stains everywhere on the arcade floor, bathrooms are always clogged & have hygiene products on the floor of the stalls, food is horrendous & burnt to a crisp, pizza tastes soggy & too much oil, Mozzarella sticks are burnt, food is too expensive for how it is, $4 for a soda that's unbelievable McD's has better beverage PH balance. Managers are unprofessional outside of the picture and have a sketchy vibe to them. The place looks run down and not taken care of & unhygienic. It smells stale in the arcade. Go karts are messed up with the wheels and the batteries are awful they feel outdated. This place needs an ultra violet light inspection for germs & a safety inspection as well, they also need to replace management for how horrible they are even the employees/staff are unprofessional and all they care about is socializing & gossiping you know what people say about gossipers. Arcade games always crash, It's the saddest arcade I've ever been to. It smells like depression & shame in that place. Honestly, Dave n Busters is better or just play games at home than go here. I think it's over priced to hide how cheap it looks. I don't know if anyone noticed the vibe of the staff, but I felt a creepy, unsettling vibe & aura to all the employees even the managers.The managers keep hiring awful, uninterested employees & supervisors, I think its to get the higher attention or power, the employees all look like they don't want to be there at all or all look like they hate each other. If they want their company to succeed at least higher people that actually mean they love their job or want to actually work other wise ... this just looks like power competition & letting people fail at their jobs so the managers can get to the top all because they crave attention & money without happy employees/customers there's no company at all. Overall DO NOT waist your money & time on this money draining place this place looks like its falling apart MAJOR YIKES.

Decided to visit while in Ohio for Thanksgiving. Overall I thought it was overpriced and too dirty. The employees were very nice but seemed tired/overworked. My cousins had a fun time though

Did the go karts crashed 3 times hurt bad games were good but some weren’t didn’t work they refunded it though and gave me extra money to spend my card overall, not bad but forgot to mention nobody asked if I was OK after I crashed 3 times
