-(minus) 10+ Google Review Stars! The absolute worst, unprofessional, dishonest, poor customer service I've encountered! I was the winning bidder in an online auctions by Storage Treasures of a unit that ended at 5pm on Thanksgiving! I paid the Storage Treasures fee and while on my way traveling from DeSoto I received a telephone call from a young lady who works for the company at about 2pm. I informed her I was actually on my way to pay in-person for the Storage Unit. The young lady told me I had to have the storage unit cleaned out by 5pm and that she had a back up buyer to pay for the unit! I reminded her that Storage Treasures policy states the buyer has 24 hrs to make payment and 72 hrs to clean out the unit! The young lady was very rude and dishonest! It was very obvious she had someone, likely someone she have a relationship with already lined up and wanted the property in the unit! Basically operating an inside job! Which is unfair to any and all interested bidders! I ended up losing the fee paid to Storage Treasures! Wasted my time and gas driving less than 15 minutes away from Advantage Self Storage Facility in Joshua Texas! I will never participate or even consider doing any business with and at any Advantage Self Storage Location, Period! I encourage the approximate 80,000+ individuals who are reviewers of my Google Review Posts to really be on alert for this type of Deliberate, Unethical, Unprofessional, Inconsiderate, Deceptive business practices!
