Adventure Nest

My kids really enjoyed it, it had a lot to offer. A couple issues I had was the staff was not very friendly. She was to busy on her phone a lot of the time. Secondly, I see some other people commented about parents standing around being in the way and I noticed that myself. There were definitely adults who would not move out of the way when kids were running around. There was way more adults than children. Lastly, it was extremely hot in there. That front window needs a shade or something. When my kid went to the front it was so hot the books they had were almost to hot to handle. Other than that it was something fun and cheap to do locally.

I had my daughter's birthday there recently. Amazing place and very welcoming staff that worked around our timing to make sure we had the best experience. This place is exactly what this neighborhood needed.

Adventure Nest in Waltham is a gem. The facility is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully laid out, with distinct zones that allow for imaginative pretend-play and ample gross-motor activity so kids can burn off energy. From cozy nooks to climbing fun, there’s a great variety. The manager is very friendly and welcoming, making the visit comfortable for both children and adults. Highly recommend for families looking for an engaging indoor play space for a variety of ages! My second visit to Adventure Nest was just as fun for my kids as the first. We went on a very busy non-school day, and I want to highlight how well the team managed the flow of families. It was busy, but it never felt chaotic — which says a lot about how thoughtfully they handle capacity. I noticed a previous review mentioning staff being disengaged, but I want to gently offer another perspective. It isn’t the staff’s role to engage our children in play — that’s ours as parents. The staff’s job is to create a safe, welcoming environment, and on this visit they absolutely did. They were friendly, attentive, and efficiently managed multiple families coming in at once. We’re actually having my daughter’s first birthday here next Sunday, and we couldn’t be more excited. It’s a wonderful space for kids to explore and play in a safe environment.
