Airborne X Gonzales

We recently visited this trampoline park and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The facility itself has potential, but the staff completely ruined it for us. The employees on duty seemed uninterested, unmotivated, and frankly like they didn’t want to be there at all. Basic customer service was nonexistent. We had to track someone down just to get simple questions answered, and when we did, the responses were short, dismissive, and borderline rude. No smiles, no engagement with the kids, and no sense of urgency or attentiveness. What was most concerning was the lack of supervision on the floor. At a place where safety should be the top priority, staff members were standing around talking to each other instead of actively watching the jump areas. That’s not just poor service — that’s unsafe. When you’re paying good money for an experience, you expect at least a baseline level of professionalism and attentiveness. Sadly, this visit felt like the staff viewed guests as an inconvenience rather than customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in better training and accountability. This place could be great, but only if the team working there actually wants to show up and do the job
