    I strongly advise against going to this dealership. My experience with them has been beyond unacceptable and honestly dangerous.They installed the wrong-sized brake pads on my car, which already shows a serious lack of attention to detail and basic competency. On top of that, they claimed to perform a full inspection but clearly, that was not done properly. Just one week later, my car began overheating while simply warming up. It only got worse from there. About two months later, the car caught fire due to what appears to be an electrical issue or possibly an exhaust related problem. During all of this, it was also discovered that an exhaust flange bolt was broken something that absolutely should have been caught during any legitimate inspection. Additionally, a fuel line caught fire, which could have easily resulted in serious injury or worse. It’s honestly shocking that no one in my family was hurt. When I brought these issues to their attention, instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to shift the blame onto me. This makes no sense considering the car had barely been driven since their work was done, and no one else had touched it mechanically. I would not trust their so called “professional technicians” or even their head technician. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it puts people’s safety at risk. To make matters worse, the total repair bill now exceeds $11,000 all stemming from what should have been routine, properly executed work. Save yourself the time, money, and risk go somewhere else.

    Purchased my 1st Jeep EVER!! I have been wanting one for years and was always told they were slow and a bad ride…..not the case at all! I got a 2026 Jeep Willy with the 35” tires and one touch roof package ‼️ My ex-boyfriend who has been in the auto industry for 22 years recommended Prestige out of all the the places to go and he was right! He is not easily impressed and truly loved the treatment I received. I was greeted at the door by Ms. Bella Doyle and immediately we hit it off!! She was energetic, informative, funny and passionate! She made the process easy and truly enjoyable. We became great friends and she even ordered my 1st ducky right there in the dealership (more of her character and service to clients on display) I love my new Jeep and I loved the experience. Big shout out to Greg Wing the GSM and Khemary the Finance manager who also made the experience so unforgettable!!!

    This is our 6th time buying from Ken and Randy D at Presteige. We will not go anywhere else. They treat us like family and we know they are taking care of us before we even walk in the door. We also know when we walk through Lee’s door in finance he is going to make sure we have the best rate and makes sure we are happy. We have recommended them to family and friends who keep returning as well. If you are in the market for a new vehicle this is the place to go. Also I would add the service of having you car oil change done at your home is an added bonus. Becky and Mickey always take care of our trucks and it allows us to work from home which is huge. They are friendly and courteous and I know once that’s done our trucks are in top shape. Like I stated previously this is the place to go especially if you don’t want to be just another sale at a dealership, they all will make sure you are treated like family.

    One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Everyone was great to work with and very professional. It was a pleasure working with Nancy Cano. Great communication and she answered all my questions promptly.
