a week agoThey got mad I’m trynna get my hoodie off a self. Being a NY native that’s not the customer service we give off. Then they told me get out and mumbled a racial slur under their breath. Tourist beware.

2 weeks agoGreat gift shop, has all the regular stuff you’d want to find, but the prices are fair, and the staff are very friendly and kind. We even got a holiday gift of a free magnet. Kevin who I believe is the owner is super nice and definitely deserves the credit!

a month agoI was staying at a hotel right around the corner and wanted to do some last-minute souvenir shopping right before heading to the airport. And this was right around the corner. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They have a huge selection of keychains, magnets, mugs, hats, shirts, and plenty of other souvenirs and everything is a really good price. Definitely the best souvenir shop that I found in times square.
