4 weeks agoTerrible experience. Please avoid the younger man on staff — he clearly doesn’t know how to cut hair or handle different hair types, and communication was almost impossible. The result was nothing like what I asked for. Would not recommend.

a month agoI absolutely despise this spot. They cut my husband’s hair before our wedding - the back hairline was very sloppy and the hairs on the side of his head were uneven (like left vs right) - how does this even happen when you’re using clippers with set lengths? Additionally, my husband said he asked for a slight trim, and they cut his hair nearly down to the scalp on the sides - the shortest hairs around his neck and ears were 2-3 mm long. This was highly inappropriate and too short for a wedding. This place seems to do the exact same haircut for everyone where the hairs are maybe 2-3mm long as they fade out at the bottom. Even if you ask for modifications or for longer hair, they do NOT listen - like a one trick pony. With this level of disregard, they shouldn’t even be charging $25-30 - that rate assumes they can at minimum make modifications to length. This is more like an $8-12 haircut where you come in and they do the exact same haircut for everyone. Lastly, I called them politely to ask if they could even out the hair, and the guy didn’t understand me because of the language barrier. Instead of even trying to use a translator or have someone else get on the phone, he used a very rude tone as if I was inconveniencing him and then hung up on me. Even though this place is cheap, you get even less than you pay for - my husband was better off before the cut than after. I’d give this place negative 10 stars if I could.

3 months agoThere are masters of the job. Last year, in my first experience, it wasn't very good, but later on, master Lee was an expert and preferential.
