2 months agoMy storage unit was broken into, and I’m extremely upset. While the staff has always been friendly and helpful, there is clearly no real security at this facility. There’s only one security camera near the elevator, which means you’re completely in the dark if anyone breaks into your unit. Needless to say, I’ve now installed my own cameras and an alarm system inside my storage unit until I can move out. I expected much better security and protection for my belongings. Sadly, I’ll never use Extra Space Storage again and do not recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe, secure storage facility.

5 days agoJimmy offered EXCEPTIONAL customer service! He, accurately, suggested the appropriate size unit to store my belongings; additionally, he offered his professional opinion on how to situate the items inside the unit! Jimmy was patient and incredibly compassionate, with me, when I shared that I was only in town for a few days to store my late mother’s possessions until they are shipped, next year. Jimmy is a true “storage and moving professional”! He is a value added employee and an asset to the ESS corporation! A million thank you’s, Jimmy, much appreciation!

2 months agoThe staff in the office are extremely helpful. Overall the facility is fine, the reason I have rated it 3 stars is due to how they are marketing units. I reserved the last 10x10 unit in the facility to find when I arrived that it was two 5x10s next to each other with a big dividing wall that cannot be moved. I am moving and have furniture so this is not a realistic option for me and I ended up having to reserve a much larger 10x20 unit that costs twice the amount of the 10x10. They should not be marketing two 5x10s as 10x10s or should be more upfront that there is a divider - not just saying the unit has two doors.
