in the last weekThe location was under construction, the waiting room chairs were falling apart, the weight was three hours from start to finish and I was in the doctors office for approximately 15 to 20 minutes

in the last weekHad an appointment and managed my expected time it would take 2hrs. Loud tv in waiting room, very chaotic rumor had it they were short staffed. 1 hour to be called back, took vitals, urine tests, hearings test in a loud room could hear printers , flushing, and vision test then back to lobby die to no exam rooms available. Waiting another hour and called back again for short vision tests, and EKG then they were going to send me back to lobby but they saw my face and told me that there was one more exam room. Waited there for a while then the PA completed my exam at just over 5 hrs this is not acceptable

in the last weekThe system you have for filling out the patient information on a cell phone limits the workable screen space to about 20% of the screen. It's difficult to read when your constantly scrolling, and it's too easy to miss something that is required to fill out. It isn't cellphone friendly, at least on my Android S22 Ultra.
