in the last weekThis doesn't happen every day. This doesn't happen EVER. I called Drain Terrier to do a check up on my 3-5 year old residential sewage grinder / pump. I contacted them via their website and they called within an hour to make an appointment, which they were able to schedule the next business day. I received a call & a text before they arrived. Now the good news - I described what I needed and they asked a couple of questions. Then told me that I really don't need any service or maintenance. I asked them if there was a show-up fee and they said no. What?!? I get the best answer possible. In person. And they didn't charge me? Amazing. Thanks John! Have a five star review, Drain Terrier!
