in the last weekWe loved this museum! Many times, the highlight of a museum is one of their special exhibits but not so with the Houston Museum of Natural Science. The regular exhibits were every bit as interesting as their special ones. We bought extra admittance to the Terracotta Warriors and King Tut's Tomb. They were worth it! The Terracotta Warriors and artifacts displays was amazing. I learned a lot about the sculpting and the excavating of these incredible statues. King Tut's Tomb did not disappoint. The dinosaur skeletons, huge collection of shells, the Americas, and the Egyptians are a few of the areas worth exploring. The Morian Cabinet of Curiosities was pretty special. An especially fun area was the science room with lots of hands-on experiments; it was fun for all ages. This museum is fantastic.
