Perfect and so convenient for us parents where there’s a food court upstairs and a Cheesecake Factory right next to it! It’s perfect to have another adult with the kids to supervise inside the playground while you can go run errands! I inquired information about booking a birthday party here soon in March 2026 and Ms. Allison was so helpful and very informative! Such a nice staff member! The place is really awesome!

in the last weekI’ve been to this indoor kids’ place a few times with my two children. Each time, I was charged admission for both kids and for myself as an adult, at the same rate as the kids. I found that unusual, since most indoor play places allow at least one adult to enter for free with their children. At the time, I questioned it but still paid. Recently, I checked their website and saw that it actually states one adult is free per family. That made the situation feel unfair and honestly disappointing, because it seems I was charged incorrectly multiple times. Because of this experience, I don’t feel comfortable returning. Transparency and honesty matter, especially in family-oriented businesses, and this left me feeling misled.
