a week agoIt was alright. Legoland is way over-hyped. What we invisioned as being much larger, was actually a 1 story attraction. You take an elevator to floor 2, and that is legoland. In its entirety, just one small walk around the building. 2 cute rides which are great for kids of all ages, neat lego builds of KC, an overpriced starbucks/snack shop, a small kids play area, a bigger kids play area, a small movie theater, and lego build areas, and a VR "ride" that costs $7.99 for like 3 minutes. It did not live up to the hype. Womens restroom was very clean, mens restroom was flooding with pee (literally). But, on a positive note, the staff was very upbeat and friendly, lots of smiles, relatively clean place despite the number of children around. Gift shop definitely overpriced, as Lego has built themselves to be. The ocean gift shop section smelt like someone pooped on the floor. Lots of unsavory smells in this place. We will use our annual anytime pass for the year but dont plan on renewing.
