I sent in a consultation form. When the lady called me I informed her that “I’m going into surgery about to lose my belly button but would love to speak with you guys after I’m out” to which she asked “ is this a good time to talk to you?” and when i told her that i said I’m about to go under surgery again related to losing my belly button she hung up on me lol. Whoever is working the phones needs to be able to listen and not get offended by their own mistakes

I contacted this law firm to assist my mother and I. She was in a nursing facility. She had bedsores, her hospital paperwork said malnourished, she fell and had a head contusion in April 2025, 2 UTI’s, someone who works for the the facility stole her money, her coat came up missing. When my mom complained her butt was hurting she said they told her she was “crazy”. This law firm declined to assist us, if she were a white woman they would have jumped on the case. Looking for an attorney find someone else.
