I made my business to tell you all about my experience with this business. I came up here at 7am for Jordan 12 release. I get it that these managers make their own decisions and rules. I finally made it to the front door @10am and was asked what size I needed. I told him and I continued to wait for like 10 more minutes for him to tell me that they did not have my size 🤬🤥. Waited 3hrs to make it to the door to never to come in at least. I witnessed a lot of finessing. Now the so called manager came right when I was at the door and I witnessed him walking out with three pairs of shoes 👟. What happened to policy and procedures. So I decided to come back and I’m still feeling messed over . Cause as I’m writing this review right now NOBODY came and asked me if I wanted something. I sit here so long a lady held up a shoe and asked me if I work here. The only to come here is to BACK DOOR people. This has officially been named BACK DOOR GEAR… cause they do not mess with the CITY.💯💯🔌👿🫡
