2 months agoToday was my move in day at Manhattan Mini Storage. I went in and completed paperwork, was taken to my unit and was explained the rental process. All staff on premises were polite and informative. The grounds seem very secure and maintained. Mr. Hooper was very polite, informative and patient as he walked me through everything. The process could not have been smoother. I was itfy about renting a unit but today’s processes made me more comfortable and content with my choice.

1 month agoReggie was incredibly happy to help me this past Thursday when I could not unlock my lock because it was stuck and too high. He helped me carry the vacuum cleaner from the fifth floor down to the first that I removed from my storage …we had a nice conversation and he explained certain details of the company of how I can get help in the future… I highly recommend working with Manhattan, Mini storage and Reggie if you have the opportunity, thank you.
