Amazing staff and great place to live! Robert Madrid was so helpful during the move in and application process.

I had an excellent experience with the building management team, especially Susie from the leasing team. She was incredibly helpful, and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and the building itself is very well maintained. The common areas seem to be clean and cared for. I’m very happy to call this place home and highly recommend it to anyone looking.

Hi Robert and Susie, Thank you so much for all your help and insights for our new apartment rental at the Marquis!  We really appreciate everyone's efforts involved! Robert and Susie you both are terrific! We wanted to take a moment out and especially recognize Nelson and Charles as they really are the face of The Marquis!!!!  They are extremely polite and extremely informative and really the first impression folks see upon entering the building!  We looked at many apartments but it really was them that made the difference and made our decision.  They are funny, witty, intelligent and very personal!  They are an extremely important part of the experience and we sure would like you to take a moment and recognize them to Corporate! I did not get a chance to meet one of the maintenance employees by name we encountered in the mail room but he also made eye contact and was very pleasant as well with greetings us all while keeping a watch full eye out etc. 

I really enjoy living here! Awesome apartments that feel brand new in a great location. I particularly love the staff - Phil, Solomon, Nelson, Eldridge and Charles, who are super warm and always show my dog Zoey so much love (and treats.)
