9 months agoThis damn laundromat is blatantly stealing my money! The machines drag on my time, the rates go up without warning, and when I complain to the manager, all he can say is to talk to the boss—as if I have to guess who the boss is! I try to check my card activity, and to top it all off, he logs me out of the system. This is pure theft! There's no one to talk to, nowhere to complain, and they seem to have no business scamming people! It's a damn shame that a business operates like this!

a year agoThe part that sells products states it closes at 10:30 but I got there at 9:55 and there was no attendant. Meaning I also couldn’t get the free soap they mentioned was free everyday. Pretty inconvenient seeing as I had to take all my dirty clothes back to my 5th floor apartment.
