Norbert was especially helpful, attentive, clear, and made the entire process easy. If you’re looking for extra space with great service, I highly recommend this place :)

2 years agoI must say this is one of the most accommodating and understanding storage companies I've ever dealt with. Eddie the manager goes above and beyond to help, inform, accommodate, assist, welcome, communicate, reassure, protect and so much more! He truly takes pride and passion in his position and in performing the duties that go with it. He doesn't just go through the motions like some places I've seen but the is willing to go the extra mile at every turn to make sure the customer and the facility are fully taken care of!! I'd recommend Personal Mini Storage any day. The company as a whole but specifically 2581 Broadview Dr Kissimmee FL 34744 as my Choice location!!!

2 years agoThe space was nice and the location is hidden which I liked. This location also offers trailer and other sources of vehicle storage parking. The branch manager Eddie is very professional and friendly. I wish that the prices on storage units didn't go up as often but I believe that it's out of their control and they must raise it according to the economy. It could have been worse if their ways wasn't professional..but they were. One thing I noticed is that though there were 2 floods that occured during the time my stuff was in storage, my furniture never got damaged. I don't know if it was just a miracle or the seal at the bottom is just that good because water never got through to the inside of my unit. Anyways, I thought it was important to share this info. I just closed my account but I will most definitely return here if I ever need storage again.
