a month agoExcellent experience with Storage King Newhall. A new, super clean facility with storage of all different sizes. Signing up online was VERY easy with a quick check-in at the front office on my first visit to confirm my identity. Now a simple code accesses the gate, the building and then my unit is locked with a pad lock (that you provide). I compared pricing in the area and Storage King had the best deals. Easy to access location too!

a month agoStorage King USA has been the worst company I've ever dealt with. After only two months, they raised the rent, and making a payment has become almost impossible. They tell you to call, but the wait times are extremely long. When you go in person, staff is often unavailable, and their online system constantly has issues. If you want anything stable or easy, this is not the place. I would definitely not recommend dealing with this headache.
