1 month agoI rated the Storage Mart 5 ⭐️ star because of their customer service, helpful and understanding. Samantha helped us with the process within the years, she was always helping my dad. My dad was diagnosed with Cancer-stage four prostate and recently he passed away. She was very compassion and helped us recently with his unit that we had to give up. Thank you team and Samantha for all these years.

2 months agoSamantha was very helpful in helping me upgrade to a bigger unit after checking in and realizing I had gotten something too small for my needs. She walked me to bigger units so that I could be sure to make the same mistake.
