5 months agoI found myself in Augusta recently needing something to do with my 9 month old so we went to The Village for a little while. The space and staff exceeded my expectations. Super friendly and welcoming. Accommodating to a range of ages. Their “baby space” was perfect for my little guy. He had a blast! Loved the “quiet room” for feeding and changing. I wish I had my 4 year old with me too because she would’ve loved it as well. If I lived closer, I would definitely be back!

6 months agoGreat place for kids and families. My 3 year old and 10 month old loved the variety of toys and activities. We came in a hot day and the air conditioning kept the place nice and cool. There was a quiet room for napping/nursing babies. My older one liked that the bathroom had step stools allowing him to be more independent. We were able to bring in our own food. Lots of great services available for those with babies such as a high chair, extra diapers/wipes in case you forget your own, and spare clothes in case of emergency. Most impressive was the kind and welcoming staff who made us feel at home.

7 months agoAugusta needs this place to succeed, in a big way. There just isn't any indoor playplaces for the Augusta area. I hope the community becomes repeat visitors and I hope people from the outlying areas make a point to come and give them a try. The Augusta area lost an indoor playplace that was in Farmingdale and, thankfully, The Village opened. The price is perfect and affordable, the adults come in for free, whereas many of these tyoe of places charge the adults. Right now, I would say this place is perfect for my son. I would say that an appropriate age limit should be six or seven, perhaps, if you're wondering. They even have regulars there that are quite welcoming and helpful if needs be. Some say parking is awful on Water Steeet, I have yet to have an issue finding a spot, sometimes I need to brush up on my parallel parking skills anyway. But, I almost guarantee that just about any child from seven and under will love this playplace.
