a week agoWaited well over 40 minutes for our kids to cash in their points from the arcade. There was one girl working at the register/checkin counter today. We waited by the arcade prize counter. My husband stayed there with the kids while I went to the register line to wait and when it was finally my turn she said it would be another few minutes but she then proceeded to just keep helping the people who came in after me instead of helping coming over to help us. The last time we came here the wait was also too long to redeem the arcade points we just told the kids we’d do it next time.
