Buyer beware!! Do not buy their nets. Our youth program ordered and received 2 custom batting cage nets just over 10 months ago. We ordered the "#42 gauge" material, which started showing issue in late fall we thought might be a one off or damage from a kid. Called customer service as now its obvious there are defects all over the full span of the net. The guy who answered was instantly deflecting any chance of product quality issues just during early inquiry of their warranty program. As i explained what we are seeing he was creating every excuse under the sun as possibilities, none of which could possiblybe manufacturing defect. Our baseball program has nets that we have maintained at multiple facilities and not one other brand example of such poor quality in the 14 years Ive been involved. Offered to provide photos and timeline, but could not even get through one call with the incompetent call care rep from this company. Seems obvious they are prepared to make excuses early on which is firm indication of poor quality. Stay away and spend a few dollars more elsewhere if need be.

I am very happy with my custom made net for batting cages. Easy to build online and talked to a real person when I called to answer a few questions.

My wife and I received our order of golf backstop netting yesterday and we felt we had to email your company. We are thrilled with the product and the quality thereof. We spent the afternoon installing it on our home’s rear patio and, as a result, can now return outdoors without fear of being compromised. Yes, we had several near miss injuries from errant golf balls which might have resulted in bodily harm. Your product has now eliminated our concerns. Tomorrow we will be placing a second order for additional netting to protect the remainder of the patio area which will provide us a full, safe environment for entertaining. Thank you for the prompt shipping, but more - thank you for providing a quality product which has in turn provided us with endless enjoyment of our complete property!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Nets of America (N of A) did not have the net which I ordered, so after several emails, I changed the order over the phone with the sales department. The change to my order increased my total: no problem: my credit card was promptly charged. Unfortunately, my updated order was NEVER PLACED. Contacted N of A and told them I was not happy! Salesman didn't seem overly concerned - didn't try to rush the order, refund shipping, price match a competitor, or anything else to keep me as a customer. In fact, he quite quickly asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I do not consider this "customer service"! I will be ordering a net from Florida Net Company instead - for almost half what N of A was charging!

Outstanding service and quality. Using the Nets of America website to order a lacrosse backstop net for my 15 year grandson was so efficient and effective. The net and accessories were delivered within 10 days. The netting was super quality and designed to hold up specifically for hard throwing high school lqcrosse players. Great service!!
