in the last weekI took my anklet to get resized since it was too big and when I went to pick it up it still was too big even after I had shown Lydia how I wanted the anklet to fit. Waste of my time and rude customer service.

a week agoOrdering online means nothing. Had to wait behind 8+ just to pick up what I bought. Already paid, whole reason I did online! Staff was rude, basically, we don't care. So I waited behind folks deciding on purchases. Worst part, they have a "pick up online orders" sign but sales person said it doesn't mean anything. Absolutely won't buy here again!

7 months agoThe best customer service at any James Avery I’ve ever purchased from. Thoughtful, helpful, and above all WILLING!! Willing to help and accommodate. I purchased a charm and bracelet for my daughter at another location (cough cough Allen) and they are always one week behind on soldering charms onto bracelets. Drove to this location and I kid you not I was in and out in less than 10mins. I found my JA home store. I will be back!
