2 weeks agoI’ve been there twice, just to drop off my wedding ring, that I BOUGHT there, for a free cleaning. But the ladies are just rude and don’t seem to care and run you off by saying this isn’t our ring or we’re too busy… or you can buy some cleaning cloths for $9 to clean it yourself. If I paid over $800, I don’t want to spend $9 to clean it myself or don’t tell me it’s free cleaning on rings purchased there. It’s too late now, I do love my wedding ring but I don’t recommend buying from here.

6 months agoCame in with friends to buy rings for all of us. Not one person came to help us. We were never acknowledged or even greeted. There were 3 employees standing by the registers free of customers. This is the first James Avery location to provide terrible service. We took our business to Pandora’s.
