in the last weekAvoid Tend like the plague. A simple cavity fill has become a nightmare, and was likely unnecessary in the first place (they will upsell you aggressively). I went back a few times hoping they could identify the source of the pain. They tried the same “solution” each time, and now a simple cavity filling has became an expensive mistake to be corrected by actual dentists. Shame on me for not realizing this place is scam earlier. Please do your teeth and wallet a favor and STAY AWAY.

2 weeks agoThis office feels more focused on upselling than patient care. What should have been one appointment has turned into three visits to finish the treatment, and the cost has increased each time with new add-ons. The staff is nice, but the pricing and pressure to agree to additional procedures is way too much. On top of that, it’s nearly impossible to reach someone when you call because you’re stuck with their AI phone system. I’ve gone to Tend for years, but I’m switching dentists after this

2 weeks agoMaybe they should change their name to grift Dental because every time I've gone here lately they've tried to upsell me on a different overpriced service that my insurance doesn't cover. It's very clean and they have a welcoming front desk staff but everyone who works in the back has sales push down their throat and then subsequently they try to push it down yours. The last time I went here the dentist told me that I had a crack in my tooth that "required bonding" I came back and talked to a different dentist who told me that the bonding that they told me I needed was purely cosmetic I asked to see which tooth they were talking about and I didn't really get a straight answer I just feel like I was trying to get sold something I didn't need

3 weeks agoI went in December a few weeks ago for my six month cleaning. I was told that I needed four fillings and had horrible periodontal disease. I needed a deep gum cleaning, yet six month ago my teeth looked perfect. They acted put out and weren’t sure if they could schedule the deep gum cleaning. I’ve never had a filling before so I was taken aback that I needed four. I decided to get a second opinion. My gums are fine. I had one really small cavity they opted to do a treatment on. I’m not sure how they can go from perfect to needing four fillings to needing none. I would not recommend tend at all. It seems to me like it’s just corporate greed over here.
