2 weeks agoI had the most amazing experience at the THE QUEEN DOMINICAN BLOWOUT 🌿 NATURA BEAUTY. The stylist was very professional, kind, I felt at home as soon as I walked in my hair feels and looks amazing I am definitely going and bringing my mother and children for services too.

2 weeks agoSorry but it was not what I expected. First of all I was baffled at the price, then baffled as to how filthy the salon was when it wasn't even open for business yet. She did advise the salon wasn't open for business yet but I assumed it was at least clean it wasn't. The hair was sink was filthy and that's where my hair was washed and she seriously charged me $200 plus i have her a $20 tip when all i got was a cut, root color, wash/blow $200.00 it wasn't even a classy salon nor was the salon ready for open so why charging that ridiculous price. This was crazy. Then the owner smelled like a cat's litter box. I kept smelling a cat littler box and I kept saying to myself why does it smell like a litter box??? You should always be honest with your customers especially being that I was a new customer. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BE DOPED BY A PLACE LIKE THIS!!!! Just remember your customers write reviews. My color didn't even last a week!!! Never again!!!
