3 months agoWas told today that the trailer which states it is free for tenant use on it's side is only available for new tenants. I didn't know that when I got my unit months ago and now that I'm actually ready to move I'll have to rent a trailer. You don't have to provide a free trailer, but false advertisement of one doesn't sit well with me.

7 years agoSuzanne and Kevin were great. They were so helpful making covered storage in an unfamiliar city for my tiny airstream and jeep a snap. Beautiful facility, huge, clean and well situated near the airport. Very secure putting my mind at ease about leaving my home far away. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

1 year agoThe wooden sign with the number of my spot somehow was pulled out of the ground. The wood sign was laying with one nail pointed straight up and the other was bent over. I considered pushing it back in the ground but the one nail needed to be straightened out or replaced and I had no tools to do that with. I stopped at the office and gave the wooden sign to the office person which that person seemed quite taken back that I didn't just put it back in the ground. I explained why and was met with a grimaced look. Republic Storage needs to do a better job of maintenance.

8 years agoKevin & Suzanne are THE BEST! They take great care of the facility and they take great care of their customers. We've had 2 units here for a long time now and we have always known that we're in good hands. We can call with questions or concerns and they will be addressed promptly.

4 years agoI've been renting here for a year and I couldn't be happier. I've never had a problem, staff is always very nice and the prices are fantastic. I actually just upgraded from a 10x30 to a 12x40 for just $20 more a month. I always tell people about this place, can't beat their prices! A++
